House of Hackney
I led the UX/UI and creative direction for a complete redesign of House of Hackney’s digital experience, rethinking its taxonomy, navigation and key customer journeys alongside a new visual language and style guide. A modular component library enabled flexible merchandising, while complex journeys such as wallpaper calculators, sample ordering and cross-category discovery were simplified. Customers could explore complementary products across fabrics, wallpapers, paint and furniture to create complete interior schemes.
Role: Creative Direction, Art Direction, UX/UI Design.
With an extensive collection across interiors, furniture, fabrics and accessories, the experience was designed to make discovery effortless. Clear navigation, intuitive product listing and considered filtering created simple pathways through the collection, while shoppable room scenes connected inspiration directly to commerce, allowing customers to explore and purchase everything from wallpaper and curtains to paint and furniture, with samples available to order.
